Looking for Rapid Covid Testing in Lecce or Brindisi

Hello! I will be in Puglia this summer and will need to obtain a rapid covid test before I fly from Brindisi to France. I will have time to either get my covid test in Lecce or Brindisi and I'm trying to learn where they might offer rapid covid testing in either of these 2 cities (at the train station, airport, somewhere else) as well as the hours? I've been researching online and I'm only finding information for larger cities in Italy. Any information would be helpful!

COVID testing before returning to U.S.

We will be in Venice in September. As it presently stands, we will be required to obtain a negative COVID test within 3 days of returning from Venice to the U.S. Can anybody tell us where we can easily obtain the required test? How long does it take to get the results? We will be staying at a hotel not far from the Santa Lucia train station, if that helps. Thanks in advance for any help.

PCR or Antigen test to leave Italy

I was told on a post on here last night from someone who travelled back from Italy last week that you had to have a PCR test (and only that) to be able to leave Italy.

That a rapid antigen test was not sufficient and people were turned away from flights back to England .

I can not find anything about this online. I have tried ringing the Italian covid hotline and they say they can't understand English!!! I'm really stuck with what to do as I have already arranged return tests at Naples airport 3 hours before flight and I am worried this won't be enough.

Second time visiting Puglia - advice needed

My family and I (3 people in total) are flying into Rome on the evening of July 28. From there, we will be spending all of the 29th in Rome and then driving down south in the evening. We will be spending 2 days on Amalfi Coast and eventually making our drive to Puglia on July 31. We have a masseria booked near the town of Grottaglie from the 31st until August 6 (a beautiful but isolated masseria that we stayed at before Covid but it's pretty far from the major cities). However, despite the beauty that our stay offers, what is worrying us is that we have already visited the main attractions and towns near our masseria on our trip to Puglia pre-Covid). On our last trip we visited:

- Lecce, Nardo, Taranto

- Ostuni

- Matera

- Alberobello

- Bari

We have included Monopoli and Brindisi in our itinerary as of yet. We would love to explore new places and towns that we have not seen before. Please give us any recommendations where we should go and what to include on our itinerary. Would love if anyone could share any hidden gems around our location. We would also appreciate if anyone can share beautiful beaches around the region.

Thank you in advance!

Driving to Italy from Denmark

Hi,

My wife and I are planning to drive to Italy this summer. We will leave in late July and we will be staying for 3 to 4 days in Germany on the way.

So this means that the Covid test we get in Denmark before we leave will be more than 48 hours old when we reach Italy.

Therefore I am thinking that the easiest thing to do is get a Covid quick test in Germany so it is valid before we enter Italy. But I can't find much information about how easy it is to take a test in Germany and if you would be able to get it close to the autobahn?

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks in advance

COVID testing at Malpensa Airport - Milan for return to US

Hello,

Sorry if this has been asked before - I was unable to find an answer by search.

We're planning to head to Italy and Switzerland in a couple of weeks. Our return airport will be Malpensa and we were told that there's rapid PCR testing there offered at a cost of 36 €. Has anyone here gone through the process? We attempted to book our test for our date of return, but had a hard time with the website (we don't read/speak Italian and the website won't translate). Is anyone familiar with what we do for the Codice Fiscale mandatory field?

We've attempted to get help via email (tamponimalpensa@grupposandonato.it), but our questions are only met with a standard form response.

Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated!
